Teresa Johnson
Teresa Johnson began her real estate career in 2006 and has been helping families in Northeast Kansas with buying or selling their homes.
Teresa is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the nation’s largest trade organization which represents more than one million real estate professionals. She is also a member of the Kansas Association of Realtors and the Sunflower Association of Realtors. Teresa has served on the Sunflower Association of Realtors Community Relations Committee and currently serves on the Finance Committee. Teresa is a 2023 graduate of the Kansas Association of Realtor Right Track Leadership Academy and in 2024 Teresa was named to the Kansas Association of Realtors Communications Task Force and the Grievance Committee.
She prides herself in helping buyers envision creating their dream home. Teresa takes extra care when showing buyers potential homes in what to look for including: neighborhoods, schools, local amenities and especially the condition of the property. She understands minor vs. major repairs and conveys that information to help clients see what is involved with home ownership.
Teresa is a lifetime native of Northeast Kansas and has extensive knowledge of the area. She graduated from Seaman High School and attended Washburn University and the University of Kansas.
