No Transaction Fee Guarantee

What is a transaction fee? Almost every real estate brokerage has a set transaction fee they charge to both their sellers and buyers. The brokerage fee is designed to offset the cost of the overhead such as office supply expenses and the costs of the salary/hourly non-licensed employees. At Rockford Real Estate LLC we do not charge a transaction fee. That’s worth repeating, we will not charge you a transaction fee. This fee varies greatly from brokerage to brokerage, so feel assured when dealing with Rockford Real Estate LLC that zero transaction fee means zero.
